You will become part of the Project Office a friendly, approachable and dedicated team, with a shared vision for the school, championing its values. With our years of project management expertise, we provide a high-quality project management service coordinating and delivering time-limited projects to support the school in achieving its strategic aims, vision and priorities. Our mission is to provide a professional and risk management approach whilst offering a tailored service including end-to-end leadership and coordination for project delivery.

**Role**:
We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our team as a Project Administrator.

This role is to provide effective project administration to support the smooth running of School projects. Working across the Project Office and the wider school, you will assist the team to deliver project targets in line with agreed milestones to support the successful delivery of projects.

**Skills, Experience &Qualification needed**:

- Level 2 qualification including Maths and English. (Qualifications at this level include five GCSEs at grade A*-C/ grade 4-9. Please view the full list). We also welcome applicants with equivalent non-UK qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
- Understanding of the requirements for good project administration
- Finely tuned data skills (recording, analysing, interpreting and reporting)
- Digitally savvy (Microsoft Office (primary) and Google Suite)
- Great communications skills (verbal and written)
- Organised with strong time management skills
