**Role**:
We are seeking to appoint a Programme Administrator to be involved in the day-to-day delivery of the NIHR RSS Hub hosted at the University of York. You will be the first point of contact for the central Hub triage, liaising with the triage team to process a wide range of enquiries and requests for support from researchers. You will maintain an up-to-date Hub database, working with academic partner administrators and the Hub advice team to ensure information on triage outcomes and support and advice provided to researchers and other key metrics are entered in a timely manner. You will also organise events and provide administrative support to key meetings.

Please note this role is fixed term until 30 September 2028.

**Skills, Experience & Qualification needed**:

- A minimum of Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience
- The ability to manage small-scale projects
- Experience organising and supporting online and/or face to face events
- Experience of building relationships, ideally across settings
- The ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Experience of managing complex information on a database
