One of the UK’s leading investment property specialists has an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to assist our Client Care Team based in Chester, Cheshire.

Solomon Investment Partners provide information, research, and advice to property investors with an interest in the UK and European residential markets. Solomon Investment Partners specialise in exclusive off-market property investment. We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to join the Client Care team.

**About the Role**

As Client Relationship Executive, you will be working closely with the team to enhance the property sales process for our clients. One of your main roles will be to build rapports with our existing purchasers and to assist them with any post exchange questions that they may have.

**Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.**

**Key Elements**
- Work under the advice and management of the Head of Client Care
- Providing an exceptional level of service to all clients
- Ensuring that your CRM system is up to date.
- Flexibility to assist the team in all areas when support is needed.
- Seeking customer feedback upon completion of a sale
- Building strong relationships with existing clients to ensure a smooth and efficient sale journey.
- Addressing any client concerns and escalating issues as appropriate
- Engaging in regular contact with clients throughout their property purchase
- Proactively approach client concerns and problem solve by utilising systems and speaking with case handlers.

**About You**
- You must be able to work under pressure.
- You must have experience in the property ie: estate agents, off plan or new build property market
- You must be articulate and well organised and able to work on your own initiative.
- Conflict-resolution skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to maintain positive third-party relationships relative to your department.
- Good time management skills
- Computer literate, confident user of PC, MS Office and quick to learn new systems.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
