A small but busy recruitment consultancy require a PA / Administrator to assist with the running of the business.

The role will be part-time and office-based out of our Cannon Street office. Please note this is NOT a work-from-home role.

The working hours will be as follows:
**Monday 10am-2pm**

**Tuesday 10am-2pm**

**Thursday 10am-2pm**

**Duties include**:

- General PA Duties
- Booking travel for staff
- Sending invoices
- Assisting with VAT Returns
- Setting up new employees
- IT Assistance
- General Administration
- Company Social Media
- Answering Phones
- Compiling Reports
- Drawing up terms of business contracts
- Assisting with Payroll
- POC for suppliers
- Very strong administration skills
- Excellent IT knowledge
- Ideally good working knowledge of office 365 administration
- Ideally some experience with Xero or equivalent
- Experience with a CRM system would be beneficial

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12 per week

**Salary**: £12.00-£12.50 per hour
