**Salary**: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (DOE)

**Location**: Birmingham

**Hours**:36.5 hours per week, all year round with hybrid working and flexible working hours

Do you have previous PA / Office Manager experience and are looking for a fantastic new opportunity? Our client; a Technical Engineering firm situated in the heart Birmingham City Centre is looking for an enthusiastic individual to the business as an OfficeManager & PA to Company Director.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Management of a full complex diary for the company Director
- Full inbox management for the company Director.
- Organising full and complex Travel itineraries UK & Overseas.
- Coordinating all meetings for the Director with staff members, clients and external stakeholders.
- Managing expenses and invoices
- Managing office expenditure within budget.
- First point of contact for internal staff.
- Developing and sustaining effective relationships
- Preparing and organising highly important papers and briefings for meetings
- Accurately record meeting minutes.
- Ad hoc administration tasks when required.

Skills / Experience:

- Previous PA / Office Manager experience essential
- Able to work on own initiative
- Ability to organise work appropriately
- Experience of Microsoft packages
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Confident - excellent interpersonal skills
