**Campaign Manager**
We are looking to employ/ hire either a Temporary/Freelance or Full time position. The Temporary/ Freelance as a minimum would include:
'Set up Active Campaign to create, maintain and improve audience segmentation and optimisation in accordance with business strategies for Rehome, rehome.co.uk
Note: 'Rehome' is a Brand name for UKE Home Solutions (North West England)

Our multi award winning online platform and process covers the whole of the UK and we specialise in the sale of pre-owned designer/ luxury and ex-display kitchen, bedroom and bathroom furniture with our offices based in Widnes, Cheshire
**The Role**
**Set up Active Campaign to create, maintain and improve audience segmentation and optimisation in accordance with business strategies. (for a Permanent position, the job specification and role will be expanded to include further development of our digital marketing strategy)**
Setup the CRM segments to best identify and target those customers who should receive a unique communication plan / journey while offering the best value to the business.
- Maintain a clear view of the CRM segments (by potential date of project) to help ensure the sales pipeline provides a constant stream of new enquiries for the sales team to convert, utilising feedback from the sales team on lead quality, value and data quality.
- Optimise the CRM segments by gathering additional customer data through campaigns
Collaborate with internal Sales and Marketing teams and external digital marketing agency to agree campaign dates, channels, trading mechanisms, product scope and objectives.

- Work with the internal designer to create high quality campaign assets from initial brief to asset delivery.
- Define and execute on site campaigns.
- Analyse and report on campaign effectiveness to ensure continual improvement of both the customer journey and towards KPI's.
**Experience**
**- Experience working with CRM systems and segment creation and analysis (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar)
- Experience of using CMS platforms (ideally Magento or similar)
- Working knowledge of all main Ecommerce & Merchandising KPIs / measurements, with a proven track record of using tools and analysis to generate insights that result in action plans that improve performance.
- Working knowledge of utilising best practice UX for Ecommerce, to aid decision making when putting forward recommendations
- Strong organisation abilities with attention to detail and time management skills
- Commercially minded, with a view to making decisions that generate extra revenue and profit for the business
- A ‘customer first’ approach and attitude, constantly thinking about customer wants and needs with regards to all marketing activities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and collaboratively minded

**Salary**: £20.00-£60.00 per hour
