About the Role

As a Digital Construction Engineer at BAM Nuttall, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the use of digital tools to enhance project delivery.


This role is focused on providing functional support and training for digital tools, capturing and communicating best practices, and contributing to audits and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide functional support and training for digital tools and applications.
  • Capture and communicate best practices and lessons learned within the organization.
  • Contribute to audits, including ISO 19650 audits, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Contribute to the operational design of BAM compliant digital workflows on tenders and projects.
  • Manage the project information model for sharing with the project team and authorizing with the client team.
  • Ensure the project/contracts standard methods and procedures align with BAM's ISO 19650 protocols.
  • Ensure model coordination and mobilization plan are in place and carry out regular reviews.
  • Carry out reporting as required.

Requirements

  • Collaborative team player.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 19650.
  • Several years' experience in digital construction or digital facilities management.
  • Higher education in construction or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • Desirable skills and qualifications include model authoring, federation, and management applications, project delivery/handover formats, field data capture, QA/QC, BIM execution plan, and common data environment.
