E-Learning Specialist

As an E-Learning Specialist, you will work collaboratively with our Capability team to create engaging and effective digital learning solutions for our colleagues. Your expertise in rapid eLearning course authoring tools, such as Articulate, Camtasia, and vYond, will be essential in developing high-quality eLearning materials.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing creative and attention-grabbing digital solutions that meet the needs of our colleagues and the people we support
* Exploring effective digital learning solutions that prioritize learner engagement and satisfaction
* Proactively proposing innovative ideas to enhance our current learning offer
* Updating existing eLearning modules in response to changes in legislation, user feedback, and fixes
