E-Learning Specialist

We are seeking an experienced E-Learning Specialist to join our Learning & Development Centre of Excellence team. As an E-Learning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging, digital learning solutions for our colleagues.
About the RoleThis is a fixed-term maternity cover position, lasting 12 months. You will work flexibly between our office in Widnes and working from home, with the option to work over 4 days and enjoy a long weekend or work over 5 days to accommodate your other commitments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop creative, attention-grabbing digital solutions in the form of eLearning, engaging and involving the people we support where possible.
- Explore the most effective form of digital learning solutions that have our colleagues and the people we support at the centre.
- Proactively propose creative ideas to enhance our current learning offer and learner engagement.
- Update existing eLearning modules in response to changes in legislation, user feedback, and fixes.
- Sourcing, engaging, and developing effective relationships with external training providers.
- Previous experience in developing high-quality eLearning materials.
- Skilled in the use of rapid eLearning Course authoring tools (Articulate, Camtasia, vYond, Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Previous experience as an instructional designer and/or eLearning Developer.
- Experience of managing a project, including communications and stakeholder management.
