About the Role

Community Integrated Care is seeking an experienced eLearning Specialist to join our System Change Team as part of our digital transformation strategy. This is a 2-year fixed-term contract opportunity.

This important role is essential to support our colleagues to achieve digital capability and ease of system navigation through engaging, digital learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working closely with stakeholders and system subject matter experts to clarify learning outcomes, agree a design brief, and develop great learning solutions.
  • Developing creative, attention-grabbing, digital solutions in the form of eLearning.
  • Exploring the most effective form of digital learning solutions that have our colleagues and the people we support at the centre.
  • Evaluating data to consider how to reach the charity's diverse job roles.
  • Proactively proposing creative ideas to enhance our current learning and learner engagement.
  • Updating existing eLearning modules in response to changes in legislation, user feedback, and enhancements.
  • Sourcing, engaging, and developing effective relationships with external training providers.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience in developing high-quality eLearning materials ranging from induction to leadership.
  • Skilled in the use of rapid eLearning Course authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud).
  • Ability to create course storyboards/rapid prototypes and communicate these ideas effectively to stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience of managing a project, including communications and stakeholder management.
  • Track record in taking the lead in solving problems and driving results quickly.
  • Previous experience of sourcing, implementing, and managing a Learning Management System – Cornerstone would be advantageous
