E-Learning Specialist

We are seeking an experienced E-Learning Specialist to join our Learning & Development Centre of Excellence team. As an E-Learning Specialist, you will play a key role in creating engaging and effective digital learning solutions for our colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop high-quality eLearning materials that meet the needs of our colleagues.
- Work closely with stakeholders to clarify learning outcomes, agree on design briefs, and develop learning solutions.
- Explore and implement effective digital learning solutions that meet the needs of our colleagues and the people we support.
- Pilot learning solutions, gather feedback, and make improvements.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing advice and guidance to colleagues and the wider organisation.
- Proactively propose creative ideas to enhance our current learning offer and learner engagement.
- Update existing eLearning modules in response to changes in legislation, user feedback, and fixes.
- SOURCE, ENGAGE, AND DEVELOP EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXTERNAL TRAINING PROVIDERS.
- Previous experience in developing high-quality eLearning materials.
- Skilled in the use of rapid eLearning Course authoring tools (Articulate, Camtasia, vYond, Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Previous experience as an instructional designer and/or eLearning Developer.
- Ability to create course storyboards/rapid prototypes and communicate these ideas effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience of managing a project, including communications and stakeholder management.
- Track record in taking the lead in solving problems and driving results quickly.
- Experience of sourcing, implementing, and managing a Learning Management System (Cornerstone would be advantageous).
