Community Integrated Care is looking for an ambitious, analytical and organised **Digital & Social Communications Specialist** to join our award-winning Communications & Marketing Team based in Cheshire. We’re looking for someone who has the drive, knowledge and passion to expertly guide our charity across all of our digital communications and marketing activity.

The successful applicant will inspirationally promote our work, create new opportunities for our organisation, and positively build the digital presence of the Community Integrated Care brand.

This is a full time, permanent post and can be based remotely anywhere in the North West, however you must be available to work from our office in Widnes at least 1 day a week and be able to travel regionally and nationally to services and events as and when required.

**Day to Day you'll be**:

- Responsible for the evolution and day-to-day implementation of our charity’s social media strategy. Creating, sharing and scheduling all social media activity and weekly reporting on our channels.
- Supporting the continued development of the Community Integrated Care website, acting as gatekeeper and ensuring that it is kept up to date, generating and publishing content, and monitoring website analytics to drive engagement and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Writing creative and compelling messaging and content for digital communications channels and campaigns (including website content, news items, corporate communications, leaflets and blog posts). Working directly with content owners across the charity to create relevant copy for digital channels.
- Creating a range of multi-media content for various external channels, including photography, video, infographics and social media templates.
- Coordinating the production of the charity’s external newsletter and managing our CRM system, HubSpot.
- Out and about visiting our services, meeting our colleagues and people supported, and having the opportunity to attend a range of exciting events.
- Providing expert tech support to the wider Communications team, reviewing existing platforms and helping to identify new solutions, as our go-to digital expert.
- Keeping up to date with emerging industry trends, innovations and technologies, such as AI tools, and adopting best practices in digital marketing (including web accessibility and usability) and sharing these insights with key stakeholders and within the team.

**Your values**:
**Qualifications**
- Professional or higher qualification in communications, marketing, digital marketing or other relevant areas - experience without qualifications will be considered.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a digital communications role, ideally within a large organisation or digital agency.
- A proven track record in digital marketing encompassing SEO, social media marketing, PPC campaigns and content creation. If you have a real skill and passion in digital marketing - this role could be for you
