**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
This role will play a huge part in bringing Best Lives Possible to life for our colleagues through a wide range of well-planned, inspiring and exciting communications and campaigns - including company events, webinars, strategic projects, organisational celebrations and colleagues initiatives.

**Day to Day you'll be**

**Communications Channels**
- Day-to-day management of our internal communications channels, including our intranet and internal social network, Viva Engage.
- Work closely with the wider team to lead on the design and production of our colleague magazine - You First.
- Overall responsibility for delivery of our Weekly News Roundup.
- Support with delivery and communications in support of organisational events and celebrations, such as roadshows and seasonal events.

**Content Creation & Messaging**
- Providing key message briefings for our fortnightly Executive Team Updates, colleague webinars and huddles.
- Work closely with our Graphic Design Specialist to develop inspiring and compelling campaigns that have cut-through and are visually impactful.
- Explore new and exciting ways to present complicated information e.g. statistics, policies.
- Keep abreast of relevant developments in the news on a daily basis, both to ensure that key information is relayed across our channels and messages are aligns with what’s in the public domain.

**Campaign Planning & Delivery**
- Produce standalone Communications Plans for communications campaigns as required.
- Lead on a variety of multi-channel communications campaigns and initiatives to support a range of strategic projects.
- Liaise with leaders, Project Teams, Communications colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure communications requirements are met in a timely and accurate manner.

**Measurement and Reporting**
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboard for measurement of internal communications channels and campaigns.
- Consider new and innovative ways we can demonstrate the impact of internal communications throughout the charity.

**General Support & Continuous Improvement**
- Alongside Graphic Design Specialist, act as brand guardian for all internal communications, publications and materials.
- Create and maintain a bank of high-quality case studies to support campaigns and other opportunities such as award nominations.
- Research and assess potential tools, software or partners that may improve our communications mix.
- Be aware of trends / emerging opportunities.
- Supporting the wider Communications & Marketing Team with other projects as required.

**Your values**:
**Skills Knowledge and Experience**
- Internal Communications experience in a large and complex organisation, with focus on engaging with hard-to-reach frontline teams
- Experience of planning and managing communications projects / campaigns from beginning to end
- Proficient and engaging copywriter
- Ability to juggle multiple projects whilst ensuring high quality control is maintained
- Resilience and the ability to work flexibly and under pressure
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentations
- Strong skills in standard packages such as Microsoft Office
