Community Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled nurse to join our team as a Community Healthcare Specialist. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the District Nursing Sister, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities\- Undertake comprehensive assessments of patient nursing needs.
- Plan, assess, implement, and evaluate care delivery according to changing health needs.
- Liaise with other healthcare professionals and agencies to ensure effective service delivery.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified RN First level RGN, registered with the NMC, with experience of working within palliative care and catheterisation.
Salary and Benefits\The estimated salary for this role is £34,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a valued member of our team, you will also receive a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
