Experienced Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team in the Urgent Care Centre at Bridgewater Community Healthcare.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced urgent care setting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing assessment, diagnostics, diagnosis, treatment, and advice to patients in a busy urgent care setting.
- Working autonomously to manage your own workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Participating in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months' experience as a Clinical Practitioner within the last 3 years in A&E and Walk-in Centre/Urgent Care Centre/Urgent Treatment Centre settings.
- Clinical Examination and Diagnostics - Level 7 qualification.
- Able to see and treat minor injuries.
- Able to clinically examine and diagnose children of all ages, including neonates.
- Provide evidence of Prescribing (V300) and Immediate Life Support (ILS)/Paediatric Immediate Life Support (PILS).]
Our estimated salary range for this role is £43,500 - £54,600 per annum, reflecting the skills and experience required for this position.
