**The Role**
**The opportunity to attend Aftermarket and Performance shows within the automotive industry both within the UK and Europe.**
- **Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.**
- **Manage the strategy.**
- **Manage and train the rest of the team.**
- **Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.**
- **Manage all digital marketing channels.**
- **Measure ROI and KPIs**
- **Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget.**
- **Oversee all the company's social media accounts.**
- **Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics**
- **Build an inbound marketing plan.**
- **Forecast sales performance trends.**
- **Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.**
- **Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success**
- **Updating website navigation, banners, building landing pages and create promotions.**
- **Optimise the site and improve usability.**
- **Manage website sales on the website interface.**
- **Work directly with our hosting to improve the site and diagnose issues.**
- **Maintain and setup products on the website.**
- **Produce product images and product descriptions.**
- **Ensure products have the correct vehicle fitment.**
- **Working with spreadsheets and using importers**
- **Upselling additional product on product pages**
**Preferred**
- Experience in an IT related role
- Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- An understanding of CAD (Computer Aided Design)
- Ability to use photo editing software (e.g. Photoshop / Illustrator)
- Familiarity with web design (Ideally WordPress)
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
- Have a basic understanding of vehicles and models.
- Has a creative mindset and self-motivating attitude?
- Numerical and intermediate Excel skills
Required
- Have a basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Be an excellent communicator with the ability to work as part of a team but also on projects autonomously.
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced & growing environment.
- Full Driving Licence

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
