Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketer (exclusively for schools and some sports clubs) to join our team. As a Marketer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products or services. You will be responsible for liaising with the schools and looking at their records to drive business growth. We would love to hear from you if you have a passion for marketing and possess strong interpersonal skills and confidence.

Our school recycling scheme aims to make a real difference, not just in the amount of recycling it collects but also in the positive impression it has on the children who participate in it.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our recycling services
- Create engaging and persuasive dialogues and narratives for various face-to-face and telephone marketing
- Research to identify trends and opportunities
- Analyse past collection data and provide insights for optimising campaigns
- Collaborate with the collection team to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in marketing or related field
- Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Google Suite and other office software
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex problems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret information and make data-driven decisions

We offer good basic pay, with excellent opportunities via performance-related pay.

Hours of work are 9-4.30, Monday to Friday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£40,000.00 per year
