**About The Role**

You will lead the team, making sure they are trained in our products, processes, and health & safety, looking after our products and customers by ensuring quality & accuracy checks are carried out, and our deliveries leave on time.

The role will involve office-based activities as well as working with the team. Allocating areas of work fairly on a rotational basis to ensure all areas can be covered. Resolve any issues that arise or escalate where needed.

Working with the whole site team to achieve our goal of deliveries on time, in full whilst working within budget requirements.

Shift times 8 pm - 5 am depending on business needs. 5 from 6 with a fixed Saturday off
