Medicine Collection Limited (T/A MedPoint), provide automated prescription collection (APC) machines to our clients throughout the UK. We work in partnership with our manufacturers to design and develop APC machines that allow patients to collect their prescription medicine 24/7. Our machines deliver improved efficiencies for pharmacies and provide a safe collection environment for both pharmacy staff and patients.

MedPoint have been trading since early 2020 and are experiencing exceptional demand for its product across the UK. We are now looking for a Customer Service and Team Administrator to join our Operations Team in Kirkcaldy.

Reporting to the “Project Lead” your duties will include:

- answering enquiries and recording customer queries about MedPoint machines, installation and/or ongoing service and maintenance
- recording customer “tickets” and entering them onto the Customer Resource Management system
- understanding the MedPoint products in detail for customers, helping them with day to day operating problems
- supporting MedPoint team members in the delivery of their various projects
- arranging to post out information or goods to customers
- passing enquiries on to a specialist who can take things further
- keeping accurate records of all enquiries
- helping to train new staff.

Working Conditions
- You would work in an office manning the customer service desk.
- You may spend a lot of time on the telephone using a headset, and a computer.
- You might have to deal with a constant queue of customers or phone calls.
- You might get little time between calls to do the data entry and may need to multi-task in order to perform your role effectively.

Person Specification
- Relevant experience can be more important than formal qualifications.
- Previous experience of dealing with the public within the healthcare environment is useful.
- Be organised, accurate and flexible
- Knowledge of computer systems and an ability to operate commonly used software is essential
- Proficient on CRM systems (Zoho would be an advantage, but not essential)
