Caledonia Fire and Security provide design, installation, maintenance and repair services over a wide range of detection systems including fire alarms, intruder detection, CCTV and access control systems.

**Key responsibilities;**

The position demands a high degree of customer awareness and satisfaction, attention to detail and the ability to plan ahead, duties include but are not limited to;
- booking and allocating routine maintenance visits, repairs and urgent calls
- maintaining the engineering diary for our technicians
- monitoring of technician progress
- communicating with operations manager and supervisors
- communicating with customers

**Skills required;**
- excellent telephone manner
- good geographical knowledge of Scotland
- ability to work as part of a team
