- We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Commerce Coordinator in our London Office.

Department overview:
Established in 2016 the Digital department has undergone rapid expansion as it strives to deliver an aggressive roadmap alongside equally aggressive revenue aspirations.

The brand is committed to delivering global revenues of €0.5bn from digital and channels over the next few years. Central to that growth is the Digital Commerce team located in London (UK), that currently manages eight localized transactional websites, servicing 59 countries (and growing) including UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Australia, Singapore, India, South Africa, and more.

Who You Are:
A commercial, detail-oriented person with strong organization, communication and management skills, able to work well to deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently.

What You’ll Do:
The Digital Commerce Trading Coordinator will support the Trading Manager and Digital Commerce Team with detailed and planning and coordination of key events including sale and promotions for all EU & Global sites and concession partners.
- Support with planning of events and targets of all key KPI’s to deliver to aggressive growth and profitability targets.
- Support with daily, weekly, seasonal and ad hoc reporting against site metrics and key KPIS, delivering actionable insights to drive incremental conversion and therefore sales opportunity.
- Working closely with the trading manager to forecast daily, monthly and weekly plans ensuring clear and regular communication of plans and trading activity with the DC.
- Work closely with the Buying & Merchandising teams to coordinate and align products and plans for key trading events including sale and promotion.
- Support and provide the wider Ecommerce team with detailed line lists of product inclusions and exclusions for key events.
- Analyse product and category performance, putting forward recommendations for trade improvements.
- Analyse pricing strategies and promotional activities to ensure profitability.
- Update and maintain the Digital Commerce trading calendar, owning the updates for EU, International & Concessions.
- Complete weekly website audits to ensure the highest standards of excellence, consistency and optimised performance across all sites and channels.
- In partnership with the site merchandisers, ensure that all products are merchandised within the correct categories, and commercially presented online.
- Support the trading manager to create and automate reporting, while developing knowledge to become user expert for key systems.
- Continually collaborate, share best practice and identify conversion driving opportunities.
- Produce ad-hoc and post event analysis of all site key activities, identifying insights to influence future strategy.

You’ll Need to Have:

- At least 2 years of experience in an e-com role ideally within an international retail environment
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Experience of extracting, manipulating and utilising data from a web metrics tool (Ideally Adobe Omniture).
- Knowledge and experience of MicroStrategy (BI) or similar.
- Strong PC Skills - Advanced Excel, Word, Powerpoint
