Digital Planning and Client Services Director

Nest Commerce is seeking a highly skilled Digital Planning and Client Services Director to lead our team of client services professionals. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic digital planning and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement digital planning strategies to drive business growth for our clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional service and drive revenue growth
- Lead a team of account directors and client services professionals to ensure delivery of high-quality client work
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed digital planning best practices across the agency
- Develop and manage client revenue plans, including forecasting, target setting, and contract negotiation
- Manage client accounts worth in excess of £2 million annually
- Accountable for the delivery and quality of client Business Reviews across the team
- Accountable for monitoring and improving Client Happiness scores across your group
- Ownership of Performance Planning and development of the agency's approach to performance planning across digital channels
- Strong track record in paid digital advertising, with experience working with platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Proven experience of leading teams of client services professionals
- Experience working with B2C brands, particularly in the retail and ecommerce vertical
- Commercial awareness and ability to work with numbers and Excel spreadsheets
- Passion for digital planning and client relationships
