About the Role

Nest Commerce is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Planning and Client Services Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional results for our clients. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strategic relationships, and developing innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients across the ecommerce and retail sectors.
    • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
  • Performance Planning and Strategy
    • Develop and refine our approach to performance planning across digital channels to maximize client business outcomes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed this approach into operational processes and client-facing sales and marketing materials.
  • Client Revenue Pipeline Management
    • Own client revenue planning, including forecasting, setting annual targets, deal closing, and contract negotiation.
    • Accountable for best-in-class client onboarding and setup.
    • Responsible for invoicing and financial management of client accounts.
  • Team Management
    • Lead a team of account directors, setting and reviewing quarterly OKRs and bi-annual reviews.
    • Support the Client Services Director in building and managing a best-in-class client services team.
About You
  • Proven track record in paid digital advertising, working with platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest to drive business growth.
  • Experience leading teams of client services professionals.
  • Strong understanding of the ecommerce and retail sectors, including the pressures on businesses in these areas.
  • Ability to adapt communication style to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Commercial awareness and comfort with numbers and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to set targets and work towards achieving them.
