About

Nest Commerce is seeking a highly skilled Digital Planning and Client Services Director to join our team. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth through strategic digital planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive client growth and revenue
  • Lead a team of account directors and ensure seamless client onboarding and management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed best-in-class digital planning practices
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with clients and stakeholders

About You

  • Proven track record in digital marketing and client services leadership
  • Strong expertise in paid digital advertising platforms, including Meta, Google, and TikTok
  • Experience working with B2C brands in the retail and ecommerce vertical
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
