Job Title: Digital Planning Director

At ENGINEERINGUK, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Planning Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our digital media planning efforts.

About the Role

The Digital Planning Director will be responsible for developing and implementing digital media plans that drive business growth and revenue. This will involve working closely with our global and regional teams to align on methodologies and best practices for digital planning.

  • Develop and implement digital media plans that meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to align on digital planning methodologies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in digital media
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to junior team members
Key Responsibilities

The Digital Planning Director will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Developing and implementing digital data tactics and performance insights into strategic planning use cases
  • Applying sufficiency guidelines within planning (e.g. always on Search)
  • Aligning digital partner activation best practice to econometrics and attribution measurement
  • Increasing the use of Omni (Omnicom's proprietary tools) for data informed planning use cases
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the media landscape and digital media planning
  • Experience in local market planning and ideally multi-market
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • A natural collaborator and leader
