Job Title: Head of Digital Commerce

Job Summary:

Alexander Steele Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Digital Commerce to join our client, a leading FMCG brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the company's digital commerce strategy, driving growth and revenue through innovative digital marketing campaigns and e-commerce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Commerce Strategy:

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital commerce strategy to increase online sales and enhance brand visibility.

2. Ecommerce Management:

Oversee the management of the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer journey.

3. Digital Marketing:

Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

4. SEO (Search Engine Optimisation):

Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic search rankings and visibility.

5. Email Marketing:

Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.

6. Social Media Management:

Create and execute a social media strategy aligned with brand values and goals, focusing on organic growth.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications:

A degree in Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, PR, Business, or a related field.

2. Experience:

A minimum 5 years of experience in Ecommerce Trading and platform management, Digital Brand management, PR management or a related digital commerce trading and marketing role.

3. Skills:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

A proven track record of executing innovative brand campaigns.

4. Personal Qualities:

The ability to think long-term and to identify both opportunities and threats to the brand.

A passion for digital trends, customer experience, and driving measurable results.
