About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Digital Commerce and Growth strategy for Glanbia Performance Nutrition (GPN) Europe. As the Head of Digital Commerce and Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital commerce strategy that drives business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of a robust digital commerce strategy that aligns with GPN's business objectives and growth ambitions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new digital opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Develop and execute a marketplace strategy that includes Amazon Continental Europe, Amazon UK, and other key marketplaces.
  • Lead the development of a pureplay and bricks-and-clicks strategy that drives online growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the Head of DTC and Head of Retail Media to build best-in-class partnerships and ways of working.
  • Drive GPN's digital shelf optimization agenda to perfect the brand footprint online.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team that operates across Europe.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of e-commerce experience, with a strong background in Amazon and digital marketing.
  • Commercially minded, with a strong track record of driving business growth and revenue.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to cut through complex data and deliver powerful insights.
  • Comfortable presenting and influencing at all levels of an organization.
