About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Digital Commerce and Insights team in Europe. As the Head of Digital Commerce and Insights, you will be responsible for developing and executing our digital commerce strategy, driving business growth, and improving customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of our digital commerce strategy across Europe, including Amazon Continental Europe, Amazon UK, and other marketplaces.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy expertise and tools that support local retail strategies and drive online growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies to drive business results, leveraging data-driven insights and analytics.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, providing direction, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Head of DTC and Head of Retail Media to build best-in-class partnerships and ways of working.
  • Drive digital shelf optimisation and perfect our brand footprint online through optimized content and best brand visibility and availability.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of E-Com experience, with Amazon experience being a must.
  • Commercially minded, strong negotiator, and creative/strategic thinker.
  • Strong communication and networking skills to navigate and influence a complex stakeholder matrix.
  • Action-oriented, able to zoom in and out of detail, and cut through complexity to drive decision-making.
  • Growth mindset and relentless in pursuit of growth.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and retail media is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, able to cut through complex data and deliver powerful insights.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
