About the Role

We are seeking a talented Digital Project Manager to join our successful retail e-commerce consultancy, Salt Digital Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing innovative digital e-commerce retail projects, coordinating digital teams, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead digital e-commerce retail projects through the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Coordinate digital teams and tasks on e-commerce retail projects, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and track integrated project plans, ensuring project objectives and stakeholder business drivers are met.
  • Manage and communicate key dependencies and risks to senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Oversee the implementation of third-party suppliers and solutions, ensuring successful integration and delivery.
  • Triage defects and obtain Quality Assurance sign-off, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide frequent reporting on project status, resource utilization, and budget, ensuring governance and accountability.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in managing senior and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce and retail, with a strong understanding of business drivers and technical solutions.
  • Demonstrable leadership skills, delivery focus, and gravitas to project a positive, energetic attitude and resolve disputes and challenges.
