Medical Administrator

A leading private medical organisation based in Canterbury, Kent are looking to recruit a ‘Medical Administrator’.
The role is paying £23K and is on a permanent contract. After successful completion of probation there is a guaranteed salary increase of £1.5K.
You MUST have experience working in a ‘ Medical Administrator’ role.
**The role incorporates the following -**
- Liaising with external organisations and referral sources.
- Liaising with insurance companies in relation to funding.
- Invoicing and processing payments.
- Reporting financial information to Finance team.
- Credit control - chasing bad debts.
- Ensuring reports are sent within private key performance indicators.
- Booking appointments and assessments.
- Managing private prescriptions.
- Arranging evening and weekend cover.
- Maintaining enquiries database and reporting data to contract coordinator.
- Monitoring conversion rates and work to targets in terms of business development.
**Skills / Experience Required-**
- Office administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in IT and MS Office
