**During the programme, you will...**
- Gain essential experience in our Claims and Operations teams, working in our busy contact centre helping customers and clients.
- You’ll spend 80% of your time within the teams and the remaining 20% of your time with the training provider working towards your level 6 qualification
- Be enrolled on our business-wide mentoring scheme to get support on your journey with us
- Complete an internal development programme, with several modules all focused on providing you with essential leadership skills. This will also give you opportunities to meet and work with others from across the business.
- Have the opportunity to continue your development through professional, industry-recognised qualifications, such as with the Chartered Institute of Insurance or Institute of Leadership & Management.
- Have the opportunity to play an active role in our community groups

**About you -**
- Have a minimum of three A levels at grade C or above, or an equivalent qualification
- At least four GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including Maths and English

- Are a keen problem solver with an eye for detail
