Job Summary:
If successful, you will be responsible for organising and supporting a team of Care Workers ensuring the safe and appropriate provision of client care and support to the highest possible standard and level.

**Duties will include**:

- Supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health issues, physical disabilities, challenging behaviour and complex needs.
- Support to develop, promote, and grow the business.
- Setting up new packages of care and ensuring that delivery of service consistently meets the needs of our clients.
- Compilation of rotas for care staff
- Managing family visits and arranging reviews and quality checks.
- Working closely and communicating with other members of the team, professional bodies and family members to ensure the highest quality of care
- Maintaining continuity for the delivery of care to our clients
- Responding efficiently to day-to-day changes in the care and support packages
- On Call duties - shared with the Deputy and Registered Manager (included in the salary)

Will have an excellent telephone manner with good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Will be customer-focused with the ability to multi-task, prioritise, organise and work well under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Will ideally have previous care sector experience including working in a fast-paced environment.
- Will be able to deal with queries and enquiries quickly and efficiently.
- Must be able to remain calm under pressure and be able to prioritise tasks and communicate effectively with other members of staff, ensuring that information is recorded for future reference and passed to the relevant person in a timely fashion.

**Essential qualities**:

- Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Care Sector experience
- Excellent IT. skills
- Excellent communicator with good customer service skills
- Good experience in managing a busy workload
- Be able to work autonomously and be able to analyse a situation and take decisive action promptly.
- Will be able to prioritise tasks and have very good organisational skills.
- Be able to remain calm under pressure
