Butler Rose is currently seeking a diligent and dependable Commercial Finance Administrator to join a friendly team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role offers two working schedule options: 08:00 - 16:00 or 09:00 - 17:00, and it is located in their division in the location of Banbury.

As a Commercial Finance Administrator, your responsibilities will encompass the following:

- Supporting the systematic upkeep of pricing within the system to ensure accurate and complete orders for our customers.
- Reviewing customer claims, ensuring appropriate reimbursement is obtained from suppliers, and maintaining the integrity of all checks.
- Preparing and issuing invoices to suppliers related to a variety of activities.
- Interpreting instructions and addressing issues as they arise, following established policies and procedures.

What qualities are we seeking for the ideal Commercial Finance Administrator:

- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to efficiently manage work priorities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.
- A team-oriented mindset, resilience, and adaptability to change.
- Experience with Sage Accountancy packages and databases would be a valuable asset.
