Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Administrator to join our team. As a Commercial Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Commercial Manager and the wider Commercial Team, ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of key contractual documentation.
- Track and manage key contract documents to ensure timely completion and signing.
- Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Conduct quality checks on contractual documents to ensure compliance with internal procedures and contractual requirements.
- Support the commercial team in handling ad-hoc commercial and operational enquiries.
- Coordinate meetings and capture and issue minutes in a timely manner.
- Prepare and distribute key contractual documents.
- Maintain a comprehensive and effective electronic and hard copy filing system of contractual documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the commercial team.
- Support the wider M40 team on general administration and answering telephones.
- Support with internal department audits.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with internal staff and external bodies.
- Ability to articulate yourself well, in a professional and coherent manner.
- Thorough and precise attention to detail.
- Patient and able to remain calm in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and willing to adapt to change.
Qualifications:
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior management and department leads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project skills.
- Flexible approach and willingness to work with the wider team.

You must have the right to work in the UK.
This will be an office-based position.
