Job Title: Commercial Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Administrator to join our team. As a Commercial Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Commercial Manager and the wider Commercial Team, ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of key contractual documentation.
  • Track and manage key contract documents to ensure timely completion and signing.
  • Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct quality checks on contractual documents to ensure compliance with internal procedures and contractual requirements.
  • Support the commercial team in handling ad-hoc commercial and operational enquiries.
  • Coordinate meetings and capture and issue minutes in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and distribute key contractual documents.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and effective electronic and hard copy filing system of contractual documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support to the commercial team.
  • Support the wider M40 team on general administration and answering telephones.
  • Support with internal department audits.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with internal staff and external bodies.
  • Ability to articulate yourself well, in a professional and coherent manner.
  • Thorough and precise attention to detail.
  • Patient and able to remain calm in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to change.

Qualifications:

  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior management and department leads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project skills.
  • Flexible approach and willingness to work with the wider team.

This will be an office-based position.
