The Role in a Nutshell

An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Specialist to join Debbie and the team out of our UK Headquarters in Bracknell, Berkshire. The role is permanent and full time and will work within our prestigious Home/Consumer division.

Technogym serves a vast variety of customers. In the Commercial segments we are premium and aspirational. In the Home/Consumer division we are luxury. Being a luxury brand extends beyond exceptional product and services solutions, it comes with the deliver of a 'WOW' and 'white glove' customer experience. As the relationships with Home Consumers mostly involve long time differences between purchases, this role is pivotal in the representation of the brand. Within this role you will execute 'order to cash' processes (inclusive of delivery management) in an accurate and timely manner, supporting the customer and sales teams in ensuring a seamless and well-communicated process flow.
The role offers variety, empowering the team member to take ownership of the customer and relative processes. Each Customer Service Specialist works with assigned customer segments and territories, allowing them to form close relationships with the customers, sales teams (Home field sales, Inside Sales, Harrods and Selfridges) and 3rd party logistics partners.
-What You Will Do
- Owning the customer order from order placement through to successful delivery, extraction, installation and snagging
- Deliver precise and timely order processing from quote confirmation to billing
- Deliver a Premium Customer Experience, managing the customer touchpoints
- Ensure frictionless delivery planning and management through the logistic portal: delivery date management, job assignment & activity closing
- Manage Purchase Orders, when required, assuring the correct stock movement management
- Coordinate the purchase and delivery & installation job assignment of non-Technogym products
- Assure accurate management of the order portfolio (backlog), avoiding expired backlog and proactively liaising with Sales in order to foresee backlog slippage
- Constantly update CRM systems with all relevant information collected during customer service activities
- Assure the proper management of Technogym Care Activities, providing adequate feedback to customers' enquiries
- Manage a post-delivery survey in order to assess customers' satisfaction, proactively acting to solve any issue with the customer
What You Will Have
- 3+ years’ relevant experience in customer service, logistics, sales administration or order management
- Fluent in English
- Customer Caring and Customer Orientation
- Knowledge of ERP systems - SAP highly desirable
- Relationship building
- Basic costs understanding
- Accountability and sense of ownership of the customer needs
- Empathy and active listening
- CRM management knowledge
- Problem solving and resilience
- Solid communication skills - Verbal and written
- Structured and process orientated - analytical with high attention to detail
- Proficient in Outlook and MS Office packages
