**Position**:Customer Support Assistant

**Location**: Sneyd Hill Depot.

**Salary**: £21,000-£21,500 p.a

**Working Hours**:Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00, 1 in 4 Saturday rota 07:00 - 12:00

**Key responsibilities and duties**
- Answering customer calls ensuring bookings are taken correctly and attentively.
- Processing orders that enter through the company’s website.
- Ensure administration of services is completed in line with company / system process and within the agreed time frames.
- Any reporting required by the Business or external customers.
- Assist with any administration tasks as required.
- Assist with any quotations and tenders as required.
- Helping to promote a positive culture throughout the business and work with other colleagues to develop a team ethos.
- Any other related duties as required including ad hoc projects.
- Attend meetings and record minutes.
- Maintain and ensure a high standard of Health & Safety.

**Key Skills**
- Previous experience in a similar role/environment is preferable.
- Professional in their approach to dealing with issues and employees.
- Appreciation of confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and a methodical approach.
- IT skills including a comprehensive understanding of Windows based programmes to include Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
- The ability to communicate clearly and confidently with a range of people, both on the phone and face-to-face.
- Strong teamwork skills are essential.
- Any associated qualifications or the flexibility to attend any training as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£21,500.00 per year
