Key Responsibilities:
  • Process orders in the group mailbox and update the system efficiently.
  • Manage Excel databases and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Provide order support to customers via phone calls.
Requirements:
  • Strong administrative skills, including experience in administration, customer service, or call handling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and attention to detail.
What We Offer:
  • Paying £14.00 per hour.
  • Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00.
