**HR/ Recruitment Administrator (Permanent)**

**Location: Hybrid working - office base is Edinburgh (EH7)**

**Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday**

**Remuneration: £20,769 - £24,535 per annum (pay award pending)**

**About the Role**

We have a fantastic opportunity for an HR Administrator who shares our passion in providing a first-class HR and Recruitment support. This is an exciting opportunity to join Hanover at a time of growth and development.

You will work within a fast-paced environment, working to a high degree of accuracy providing essential support.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstratable experience in delivering HR administrative support as well as the enthusiasm to champion a positive and effective recruitment process. The key requirements for this role include:

- Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external contacts
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work to a high degree of accuracy with attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Previous experience working within the HR environment is desirable
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft packages
- Ability to deal with sensitive information and ensure confidentiality
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
- Ability to work as part of a team
