PURPOSE

The purpose of the Executive Business Partner UK&I is to provide high quality administrative support to the President UK&I & the UK Leadership Team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform complex and confidential secretarial functions at C-Suite level
- Actively manage the diary, arrange meetings and co-ordinate travel and accommodation arrangements
- Provide administrative support to the UK Leadership Team (UKLT)
- Effectively prioritise and complete workload in accordance with specified timescales
- Effectively investigate queries and resolve to the satisfaction of the UKLT
- Act as communication relay, making sure all parties receive necessary information and that this information is accurate
- Organise programmes / events / meetings by arranging venues, caterers and issuing information.
- Attend meetings where required to take notes/actions
- Help build, change and better business processes to ensure we are more productive
- Compose and prepare internal comms and MyTeam Page and content
- Overall ownership of the Accounting and Vendor Management processes including invoices and manage Ariba (Accounting system) processes from start to finish
- Coordination of powerpoint presentations were necessary
- Act as support to other executive assistants
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

COMPETENCIES
- Proven administrative experience directly supporting C-Suite Senior Executives (7+ years)
- Strong time management skills
- Knowledge of general administration procedures
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to think strategically
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise heavy work volume in a fast paced environment
- Ability to deal with all team members at all levels of the company
- Professional and friendly demeanour
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal essential with the ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work on own initiative, prioritising tasks and meeting critical deadlines to achieve a high standard of work without supervision
- Broad knowledge of a Fintech business
- Ability to deal with external suppliers and manage relationships

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma required or equivalent
- Degree in business administration or related field preferred
