We are currently working with a number of clients across England, who are looking to register new children's homes. We are looking to recruit for a Responsible Individual in Northampton.
As a responsible individual, you must have:
- Experience and understanding of running a children’s home
- Good understanding of safeguarding processes
- Good leadership and management skills including financial management
- A sound understanding of practice and working with young people
- A good understanding of the policies and procedures used in children’s home
Ideally, you should have been a Registered Manager or a senior practice manager working with an Ofsted registered children's home in the first instance and hold at least a NVQ/QCF Level 3 or level 5 qualification.
The roles are based on flexible working, with a minimum of 12 months contract. Our RI consultants tend to work one day per week over a 12 month period (however, they may hold to three RI role at any one time; we cannot guarantee this). This is ideally for someone looking to step into a consultancy role. **This is not a full time role**
