Job Description:

We are recruiting for a Support Worker to join our team in Kettering, where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services to individuals with Learning Disabilities and/or Physical Disabilities.

Key Tasks:

  • Provide direct support to Service Users, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes for our Service Users
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with Service Users, their families, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience of working with Service Users who have Learning Disabilities is essential
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care is required
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
