Rapid Response Care Specialist

As a Rapid Response Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to those who need it most. With a focus on delivering personalized care, you will work closely with our clients to understand their unique requirements and develop tailored care plans that meet their needs.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in complex care, preferably with ventilation support, tracheostomy care, and peg feeding. You will also possess excellent communication skills, be compassionate, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
In return for your dedication and expertise, we offer a competitive salary of up to £22 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement. Additionally, you will have access to comprehensive training and development opportunities, ensuring you stay up-to-date with the latest care practices and technologies.
