As part of a Commercial Team you will report into the UK Business Development Manager and the Sales Executive and will collaboratively contribute to delivering the commercial strategy and goals for all brands in the group and Groups department, ensuring the hotels achieve budgeted revenues across all segments.

As Sales & Groups Coordinator you will be responsible for handling Groups and Corporate enquiries, the preparation of proposals, participating in and conducting show rounds, negotiations and conversions of business, maximising yield and profitability, as well as cold calling, scheduling appointments and administering reports and several sales platforms.

We are looking for a Sales & Groups Coordinator to join our Commercial Team who has:

- Experience in a similar role within the Hospitality Industry
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in Sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

This role is based at our HQ (London) with occasional travel to our hotels nationwide.

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
