Bring your administration abilities as a Customer Support Administrator to a family-run company that prides itself on its reputation in providing excellent customer service.

Based in their modern offices just outside Caernarfon on the foothills of Snowdonia, you will be joining a supportive team, providing a comprehensive and confidential administrative support service.

As a Customer Support Administrator, you will be responsible for:

- The first point of contact, answering the telephone in a professional manner and responding to client queries andforwarding calls to to the relevant department.
- Arranging site visits for engineers to complete maintenance checks or Emergency Call outs.
- Check and collate documents from engineer reports and ensuring that it's completed accurately.
- Submission of service certification and invoices to clients, increasingly through use of electronic communications or client cloud-based systems
- Maintenance of client service spreadsheets
- Mail merge appointment letters for client schedules

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Experience of dealing with customers over the telephone, accompanied by an excellent telephone manner
- Strong IT skills to include a working knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under own initiative and prioritise and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail with accurate Data entry skills
- Ability to speak Welsh is highly advantageous but not essential
- The ability to drive and have your own transport is essential due to the rural location of the office.
