**Job role: Administrator (Part-time) 2 to 3 days a week.**

We are a growing sign making business seeking an experienced and motivated Administrator to join our team. This is a varied and important role that will require you to provide key support to our business and team in a number of areas.

**Reponsiblities**
- Manage our accounting system using Sage, processing invoices, payments and bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and produce reports as required
- Keep track of stock levels and reorder materials in a timely manner to ensure we always have enough supplies to meet customer demand
- Provide administrative support to the team as required, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry
- General office management duties, such as ordering office supplies, managing incoming and outgoing mail and managing the diary for the team
- Experience working in a busy office environment

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in the use of accounting software such as Sage
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Welsh and English
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Familiarity with sign making or the wider printing industry would be an advantage but is not essential.
