Drawing on excellent administration skills, you will be confident processing data accurately, working across different IT systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. You will be confident working within YPO policy and national legislation, demonstrating knowledge of the Data Protection Act and working within General Data Protection Regulation.

Demonstrating excellent communication skills, you will have the ability to build and maintain positive relationships across a multi-faceted organisation. As an organised professional, you will be able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment, working methodically and logically to provide accurate and efficient delivery of services.

As HR Administrator you will provide support on a range of activities including; recruitment, contracts, payroll, job evaluation, access control, time recording, sickness and absence.

In return for your commitment, YPO are proud to offer a salary starting of £22,369 per year, progressing to £23,620, along with optional enrolment into a Local Government Pension Scheme.

You will receive 23 days’ holiday per year, increasing with continued service, plus bank holidays, as well as a discretionary 3 days’ closedown. To support a healthy work-life balance we offer hybrid working, between your home and our office, as well as flexitime which allows flexible working within our core operational times.
