People Services Systems and Management Information Officer opportunity available working for a leading charity based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. This role is predominantly working remotely from home with the expectation to work from the Wakefield officeone day per week / fortnight.

In this role you work will in the people team and contribute to the People Services priorities for the organisation to ensure the successful delivery of the People strategy.

The purpose of this role is to develop and maintain the HR/Payroll IT system and reporting system to ensure robust and reliable data is available to the organisation. Helping the organisation to establish process driven HR/Payroll system and supporting themaintenance of the quality and consistency of the People and reporting systems, providing support to develop and maintain the systems tables, workflows, security, permissions and scheduled activities.

You will also support the wider People team with other work, which may include administration and supporting work for projects and casework. Create and produce timely, business focussed management information to support the development of pragmatic solutionsfor People Services, Payroll and the organisation. Create and build reports, statistics and other people management information to meet the strategic and administrative requirements of the Trust.

Essential experience required for the role includes:

- Experience of compiling and producing complex, accurate reports/statistical based information and presenting this in a professional way
- Excellent IT skills using word, Excel & Outlook
- Experience of using and maintaining an HR IT system
