This is an important role within the organisation, where you will bring your expertise in human resources and compliance to the forefront of day to day business. You will build strong and effective working relationships to drive up standards, resulting in tangible outcomes.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrable experience of working with HR best practices and experience of working to improve the quality of services.
**What will you be doing?**
- Coaching Managers and Team Leaders in line with policy and legislation on all employee matters
- Employee Relations Case Management, end to end management, coaching and monitoring
- Delivering training to Team Leaders and Managers on elements of people management
- Responsible for all department communication to PWE including engagement app, The Voice etc
- Co-ordination of listening and feedback for example engagement surveys, listening groups, action plans
- Assist in the succession and talent planning
- Ensure compliance of PWE through correct right to work, DBS process
- Analysis of People Audit with agreed action plans
- Submission of DBS, Sponsorship
- Co-ordination, administration and promotion of reward and recognition
- Leading on people initiatives to drive the best employee experience
- Production of management information an analysis as required
- Contribute to the development of policy and toolkits to guide Managers and Team Leaders
