Elsie's Help at Home are expanding and we are looking for an experienced **care coordinator** to join our amazing team

We provide private care in Chelmsford, Brentwood, Maldon, Witham, Braintree and surrounding areas. Travelling between clients our carers provide a wide range of day-to-day support which means their day is varied, challenging and fun Travel between these areas will be required as part of the role.

We are looking for an experienced care coordinator to take on a varied role coordinating the day to day rotas and shifts of our clients and carers and supporting our clients by providing hands on care in the community. Support with on call out of hours will also be required.

What you will need:

- A full UK driving licence and your own car
- Flexibility to work alternate weekends
- Minimum 1 year of care coordination experience (domiciliary care setting is desirable but not essential)
- Minimum 1 year of care experience (ideally with elderly individuals but not essential)
- The right to work in the UK
- Be over 18 years old
- Be willing to obtain (through us) a clear enhanced DBS check.

Elsie's Help at Home does not hold a visa sponsorship licence therefore, applicants who do not have the right to work in the UK/require sponsorship cannot be considered for this role.

Pay: £25,350.00 per year
