About the Care Coordinator role:
As a Care Coordinator, you will ensure seamless, organised and effective scheduling and care delivery. Your primary duties include reviewing care plans and resolving alerts on our live call monitoring system, when problems arise. You will be instrumental in the onboarding of new clients and will supervise the day-to-day community operations, whilst managing the community care team.

You will be required to carry out on-call duties outside working hours as agreed, be willing to step in to cover emergencies, and ensure regulatory requirements are met,

Being a Care Coordinator is about more than just rota management. You will be responsible for supporting the Manager with Business Growth and ensuring we are always delivering the highest possible standard of care.

Skills and abilities:
Must have a full UK driver's license and have access to your own vehicle (essential)

Good people management skills

Able to work as part of a team as well as under own initiative

Highly organised and able to prioritise.

Must have Good IT skills and know how to use Outlook, Word and Excel

Good oral and written communication skills

Knowledge of domiciliary care provision and CQC regulations is a essential.

Full UK driver's licence, own vehicle and flexible availability is essential.
